Since 2014, Ryno Resumes has helped professionals around the world with writing Resumes, Cover Letters, and LinkedIn profiles. With our team of US-based Certified Professional Resume Writers (CPRW Certified), we leverage industry best practices to help you land your next interview. Our tailored Resumes are optimized for industry-specific keywords and phrases to pass the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), a Human Resources tool used to screen-out potential candidates. The ATS system scans Resumes for a certain criterion and then decides which candidates make it to the next round.

Founder of Ryno Resumes
In May 2014, I was stocking beer in grocery stores part-time. I detested it, decided to quit with $1500 to my name, and started something new. I wrote resumes for free. It was something I enjoyed and was good at. I decided to freelance resume writing to pay the bills until my next job. What began as a freelance gig in between jobs, turned into a full-time resume business, Ryno Resumes. It has grown to the point where I needed to hire help. I had never succeeded at anything until I built RR. I became great at my trade by practicing on my own resumes, seeking help with Rasmussen’s career services, and scheduling sessions at STLCC for resume help. All my experiences led to me becoming an unbelievable Resume Writer. 8+ years later, I’m still running RR. Everyone thought I’d end up behind bars, instead I have used my pain and suffering to realize my dream and help others who are struggling seek their dreams. I have the fire to succeed and keep growing. Even though it took 32 years of my life on a road paved with rejections, I learned what I’m supposed to do, and that is to help others who are in job search pain or lost in their careers. I am finally content with my career. I saved myself by just being me. I absolutely love what I do, and I get to help people succeed and grow in their careers as well as mentor them to be better than I was in my short lived career.
As a child, I was expelled from multiple schools for “disruptive behavior.” I saw every specialist available and dealt with so much rejection. I was labeled a “Dennis the Menace.” My parents took legal action against the school district because the system failed me with the sole claim that my behavioral issues made me unfit for standard education. The rejections and bullying took a toll on me but I’m proud that I did graduate high school, and I finished on time. The issues followed me to my first job, where I was fired for the first time. Not being taught to act properly with peers cost me. I fell into the wrong crowd as a teen and saw many overnight stays in jail. My family all assumed I was a goner, headed to prison. While I managed to get out of that situation, my underlying behavioral problems lingered. I was fired many more times in my early 20s. In my late 20s, I made a change. I enrolled in an online college, earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Management in 2010, and reentered the world. Corporate America was not kind to me.
